We've seen tech news about computers in cars before, but it looks like Ford might be the first to release consumer level (read: construction manager) dashboard computers in their vehicles. Alphabetically speaking, Ford will be offering 3 Gs to their E and F-series vehicles, brought to you by Sprint.

We're still not sure an in-dash computer beats the alternatives (laptop, computer with wheels, safe driving...), but we love to see screens in new places. And if there's one thing we can count on with Ford, it's for continual fodder for bumper stickers, rear window decals, and hitch covers.

We won't spoil the fun, but here's a few ideas to get you going:

  • My other car is a Mac

  • Built AT&T Tough

  • My F's got 3G
